“Suge” Knight involved in deadly hit and run
Hip hop mogul, “Suge” Knight, reportedly plowed a truck into a group of people in Compton, California on Thursday, killing one man and injuring another in what police are calling a hit and run, according to NBC News.

Sheriff’s investigators say a red pickup truck backed into and then drove forward over the men shortly before 3 p.m. before taking off. A 55-year-old died, and a 51-year-old was hurt.

Knight’s attorney, James Blatt, said Knight was driving the truck and called it a “tragic accident.” Knight surrendered to authorities Friday morning.

Detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide.

Hands off “This Sick Beat!”
Think twice before putting a Taylor Swift musical lyric on that t-shirt or jewelry box, or you just might have to shake off a bill.

The entertainer has trademarked “this sick beat,” “’cause we never go out of style” and other phrases from her newest album “1989”.

That means people will now have to seek permission to use those phrases on everything from clothing and accessories to kitchenware and non-medicated toiletries.

“Shake it off” is not on Swift’s list of trademarks, that trademark is already held by a diet company.
