Culver’s Celebrates ‘National Burger Month’ With KDLT

May is National Burger Month, and what better way to celebrate than grilling up some juicy patties from a Midwest favorite?

Jason Bradley, owner of Culver’s location in Mitchell, Yankton and Aberdeen joined Brian in the KDLT Kitchen to show off a few of the restaurant’s well-known burgers.

Culver’s prides itself on cooking with fresh beef, saying frozen beef loses its moisture, and when you lose moisture, you lose flavor. The press and sear cooking technique locks in the burger patty’s juices and flavor.

Their Pepper Jack Ranch Pub Burger is available for a limited time and is full of bold, zesty new flavors. It has melty, creamy pepper jack cheese layered between two seared Midwest beef patties that sit atop a pile of crispy tortilla strips. They add their seasoned ranch sauce with just a touch of jalapeno and crown the burger with our lightly-buttered and boldly seasoned authentic pub bun.
