Two Men Arrested In Child Sexual Abuse Case

Two South Dakota men have been arrested on child sex abuses charges in Tripp and Gregory counties.

According to Attorney General Marty Jackley, Donald Kelvin Story, 52, of Dallas was charged in Gregory county with two counts of rape in the second and fourth degree. He was also charged with distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, sexual contact with a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor and various possession charges. His charges can be punishable for 2 to 50 years each.

Richard Dean Sund, 52, of Colome was charged in Tripp county with one count of solicitation of a minor, facing up to 10 years in prison. 

The case is currently under investigation with the Gregory and Tripp county sheriff offices and the Division of Criminal Investigation.
