Police Identify SF Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

Witnesses: Motorcycle Was Traveling 80-100 Miles Per Hour

Police have identified the man killed in a motorcycle accident over the weekend.

Police say 27-year-old Yomar Rodriguez Valentin of Sioux Falls was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

According to witnesses, Rodriguez was driving his motorcycle 80 to 100 miles per hour on 41st Street. They told police that he tried to stop at the light on Holbrook Avenue, but was traveling to fast.

Rodriguez allegedly hit another vehicle on the driver’s side door. The vehicle was driven by a 19-year-old woman, who received only minor injuries.
