Learn the secret of the ooze in the bonus features for “Ghostbusters.” This reincarnation of the 1984 comedy stars a mount crush-more of today’s hottest female comedians. Melissa McCarthy and company suit up for some supernatural laser tag as Manhattan is overrun by the evil dead.

Alexander Skarsgard does not skip ab day in “The Legend of Tarzan.” This mostly-live-action retelling finds the lord of the apes living the posh life even wearing clothing. But when he’s duped by Christoph Waltz in a trade deal in the Congo, it doesn’t take long for him to strip down for some jungle justice.

Emma Roberts plays truth or dare with death in “Nerve.” She’s a high school senior caught-up in an online game of “Simon says,” where the more dares she wins, the more money she gets. But when she teams up with fellow player Dave Franco, the stakes get higher and more dangerous.

Bryan Cranston gets down and dirty in “The Infiltrator.” He plays an undercover federal agent in this true story. He and partner John Leguizamo go undercover to cozy-up to the Pablo Escobar cartel where they try to take the kingpin down before he discovers who they are.

Tebow hits and misses

Tim Tebow is trying his hand at baseball these days as a farmhand for the New York Mets.

Tebow made his debut yesterday in the Arizona instructional league. The former football standout is trying to make the transition to minor league baseball.

You could safely say he struggled in his baseball debut for the Scottsdale Scorpions. Tebow misplayed a fly ball in right field. He wasn’t overly impressive at the plate either, an 0-fo- 3 performance including a dribbler in front of the plate that he didn’t even try to run out.

A tough day on the diamond for sure, but Tebow is looking at the bright side. After the game, Tebow even took time out to sign some autographs for fans young and old.

That’s “Sir Rod Stewart” to You

British rock singer Rod Stewart was knighted by Prince William at Buckingham Palace yesterday.

The raspy-voiced singer of “Maggie May,” “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy,” and “You Wear It Well” was honored for services to music and charity. The 71-year-old star will now be able to call himself Sir Roderick David Stewart.

He was joined by his wife and two sons for the investiture ceremony. When the award was announced by Queen Elizabeth earlier this year, Stewart said it was “a monumental honor.” He added: “I thank her majesty and promise to ‘wear it well.'”
