Stampede Go Into Christmas Break On A High Note

Herd Are 6-3-1 In Last 10 Games

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. —  After floundering at the start of the season, the Sioux Falls Stampede head into Christmas Break and the figurative end of the first half of the season with some momentum and reason to believe they can make a playoff push.  The Herd blanked Waterloo 6-0 nothing yesterday to head into their Christmas break on a high note.

After going 6-3-1 over their last ten games, the Stampede have moved to within five points of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.  The big win over a Waterloo team who’d beaten them 9-5 and 5-2 earlier in the year is also proof that the Herd seem to be headed in the right direction.

The Stampede return December 30th to start a home-in-home series with Fargo.
