Presentation Rally Stuns Dakota State

Saints Defeat Trojans

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.  —  Jaiden Machuca kicked five field goals to help the Presentation Saints rally from 18 down to defeat the Dakota State Trojans 22-21 on Monday afternoon at Howard Wood Field in NAIA College Football.

The game had originally been scheduled for Saturday in Madison before lightning and severe weather forced its postponement and moving.

Brodie Frederiksen ran for 189 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Trojans build a 21-3 second quarter lead.  The Saints went marching from there, getting 268 passing yards from quarterback Austin Eggl and their defense get four takeaways.

The Saints (2-2, 1-1) head to Dickinson State on Saturday while the Trojans (3-2, 1-1) go to Jamestown.
