Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities on behalf of the Chief Global Brand Officer. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Acts as a point of contact between top management and other stakeholders. Serves as an advisor to the executive, and provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Communicate critical information in a timely & effective manner to ensure team members can meet/exceed expectations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with the organizations leaders to build a high-performing, people-focused culture that drives results. Leads the integration of Marketing, Foundation, Profile World Clinic operations with administration (Human Resources, Legal, Finance). Implements, directs and evaluates the organization’s performance in coordination with Marketing, Foundation, Profile & World Clinic leadership. Leads the integration of these departments across service lines and across the enterprise.

Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field required. Masters preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership position within Marketing, Foundation or Corporate Services preferred.
