Power & Grace Gymnastics To Build New Facility At Sanford Sports Complex

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A Sioux Falls gymnastics group is going to have more space for cartwheels, backflips and somersaults at a new facility set to open next summer.

Power & Grace Gymnastics says they will be moving to the Sanford Sports Complex. They are expected to break ground on the new building within the week.

The new 16,000 square foot facility will include two competitive floors as well as in-ground trampolines, foam training, and resi-pits.

Owner Kathy Champoux says the expansion will help them reach more students interested in exploring the sport.

“The new facility is going to give us a lot more of an opportunity to serve a lot more of our youth who are just getting started in their athletic endeavors,” said Champoux.

Power & Grace has been housed in their current building at Russell Street and Westport Avenue for 17 years.

The new facility is scheduled to open in June 2018.
