Manager, Nutrition and Food Services

Oversees all dietary and related food services functions. Managing diet and menu planning; monitoring the dispensing and distribution of food and other related supplies. Overseeing all food services to public in cafeteria and general operations in the healthcare facility. Purchasing food, kitchen supplies, and equipment from vendors; ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Must become CPR certified within 6 months of hire. DM is encouraged, but not required to pursue Certification for Dietary Management (CDM). CDM Certification is preferred, but not required for this position. Must possess a current Serve Safe certification or meet continuing education for CDM sanitation hours. Must complete Dietary Management Course within 2 years of hire date.
