Extensive knowledge in a Sanford assigned application. Basic knowledge of other Sanford applications. Will be expected to use analytical skills and experiences to investigate or escalate support issues. Incorporate appropriate presentation techniques to support and/or lead training sessions. Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation. Research, analyze and make recommendations for application work flow improvements. Create and analyze reports created using multiple reporting mechanisms. Perform with a high level of customer service with all support and training requirements. Promote and participate in a team approach. Utilize MS Office software. Needs to be comfortable managing changing with excellent problem solving skills. Time management and prioritization are needed on a daily basis. Proficient verbal and written communication is essential. A positive attitude and accelerate customer service skills are expected.
Job Schedule: Full-Time
Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field. Previous experience in Information Technology and/or automated patient care system is preferred.
Must be licensed/registered in a clinical field. Conforms to licensing standards of the state(s) in which work is performed. IT certification must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire and within three attempts of certification testing, if applicable.
