Provides support in design, implementation and administration of base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation in healthcare organizations. Conducting preliminary job analysis, job evaluations and salary reviews. Monitoring effectiveness of existing compensation practices and procedures and recommending plan revisions to compete with market trends. Assisting in compiling, preparing and presenting compensation data to senior management. Keeping apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field.
The Compensation Analyst will conduct compensation administration activities and processes and follow all Human Resources Operations policies and procedures to ensure effective client support. Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries escalated by Employee Service Center. Advise Employee Service Center employees as needed when handling complex compensation transactions. Process accurate pay changes for employees including relevant documentation. Run annual bonus modeling reports and send to Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE) for approval. Evaluate annual merit increases, special market increases, annual structure adjustments, etc. to ensure they are within guidelines. Evaluate promotions, demotions, and transfers to ensure they are within guidelines. Prepare reports for Total Rewards COE for all phases of the compensation review and approval process. Validate policy compliance and accuracy. Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are received and information is accurately entered into compensation systems.
