Job Description:
Provides support to employees and managers on employee issues in line with organizational policy and labor law legislation in a healthcare facility. Developing, implementing and administering the management-labor relations area of HR in an effort to improve employee relations. Evaluating employee relations issues and problems in healthcare facilities, and recommending appropriate resolution to management. Assuring organization is in compliance with policies and laws affecting employees. Consulting with management and recommending program goals for all areas of employee relations. Maintaining open communications between management and employees and serving as labor dispute mediator for problem resolution.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. One year of experience in Employee Relations preferred.
