Four tribal members will share their experiences during the 23rd annual Consider the Century Conference on Oct. 7. Marcia Zephier, Stacey LaCompte, Edward Valandra J.R. LaPlante will each give 50 minutes speeches
Zephier and LaPlante are members of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Valandra is a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe while LaCompte belongs to the Standing Rock Sioux tribe.
