We "pulled a few strings" Friday morning on KDLT News Today and got the Dakota String Quartet to perform a beautiful arrangement of "Yesterday" by the Beatles.
The South Dakota Symphony is starting off their pops and matinee series this weekend with Classical Mystery Tour:A Tribute to the Beatles with the South Dakota Symphony.
The Classical Mystery Tour is a group consisting of original members of the Broadway hit Beatlemania. They travel the county and look and sound just like the Beatles and will perform this weekend with the entire South Dakota Symphony backing them up.
The show consists of more than two dozen Beatles tunes performed exactly as they were recorded.
Shows are Saturday, October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30.
Tickets can be purchased through the Washington Pavilion's box office at (605)-367-6000
Saturday tickets range from $10-$45 and Sunday's matinee range from $10-$35.
