Cougars Nearly Sweep Vikes @ SF Arena

Bookmark and Share

The final Prairie Spirit Charitable Challenge saw plenty of dramatics as the USF women beat Augie 65-59 with a strong second half. Alyssa Rushton paced the attack for former Augie assistant Travis Traphagen, off-setting 21 points by Alex Feeney. And in the men's game senior Skyler Bloch scored 22 as the very young Cougars hung with the heavily favored Vikings right to the finish with a chance to win at the buzzer. Cody Schilling led Augie with 28 points as they edged the Cougars 64-63. See the highlights of both games.
