Wolters Leads Jacks to Summit Title Game

Bookmark and Share

Junior Nate Wolters scored almost half of his team's points as they broke open a close game at halftime and shut down Southern Utah after intermission, beating the T-Birds 63-47 at the SF Arena. They advance to their first ever Summit League championship game Tuesday night against Western Illinois after the Leathernecks used stifling defense to knock off the #1 seed Oral Roberts 54-53 in the first game of the night. Jordan Dykstra had 17 as those 2 outscored Southern Utah by themselves, but Wolters was the difference maker with 21 of those points in the 2nd half. See the highlights.
