USF Football is Up to the Task

Bookmark and Share

After just finishing just over .500 at 5-4 last year, the University of Sioux Falls Cougars football team looks to get back to their dominating ways. Having to do so this year in the NSIC with higher competition will be a challenge, but senior line-backer Nick Bonte says his team is up for the gruling task.

"Well, right now it's just, you know, last year we kind of had a little bit of a down year. Right now getting back in that conference, it's going to be fun to be competing with them, to be making that impact, to prove ourselves and get back into maybe D2 playoffs the first year in the conference," said Bonte.
