Taylor Perkins excited about the transition for USF

USF quarterback Taylor Perkins was at USF during the glory years in the NAIA. But he still knows that it was time for the Cougars to stop picking on their younger brother and find some new bullies down the street. And he's excited to be part of the transition to D-I as the Cougars begin play in the NSIC this fall.
