It's a sport that offers fun, fitness, and friendship. Now a local club is hoping to teach anyone interested how to square dance, which requires no previous experience.
We had a lot of fun on the set of KDLT News Today Thursday morning. Jim Coburn and Jolene Brink from the Squares and Pairs club joined us and taught us how to square dance! They also told us about how folks can learn to square dance.
If you would like to learn there is a workshop to teach you all the moves in one day!
The workshop is August 25th at 400 Troy avenue in Harrisburg, SD.
It runs from 9:00am-5pm, with a review on August 26. from 2-5.
The cost is $10 a person which includes lunch.
To register call: 605-254-2579
The event is sponsored by the Squares and Pairs Square Dance Club.
