Young Lincoln team led by defense

The Lincoln Patriots edged Roosevelt in the Presidents Bowl night-cap 36-35 in overtime. Despite that score it it's the defense thus far for Aaron Beavers that has been the key to this young team's success. They host RC Central at 5:00 Friday in the homecoming game at Howard Wood Field.
