	Clowns Race To Raise Money In Sioux Falls by KDLT News September 20, 2012 7:04 PM Some people are scared of clowns; others get a good chuckle from the face painted circus acts. Thursday a handful of the brightly colored entertainers raced on not so big bicycles in downtown Sioux Falls. The clowns were raising money for the United Way, and raised over $1,500 in raffle tickets. This is the third year the clowns have taken to the streets of Sioux Falls hoping to make a difference in the community.
