	Update: Teen Not Being Charged In Fatal Pedestrian Accident by Jill Johnson September 23, 2012 12:43 PM Police continue to investigate an accident where a pedestrian was struck by a car and died from her injuries on Saturday afternoon. Police say the accident happened just before 4:30 p.m. near South 40th Street and Minnesota Avenue. They say 67-year-old Eileen Denoff of Sioux Falls was on her way to a bus stop and was crossing Minnesota Avenue when she was struck by a pickup truck. According to police, the truck was being driven by a 15-year-old. The sun nor speed appear to be a factor in the crash. The teen is not being charged at this time.
