	Grassfire On East Side Of I-29 by KDLT News October 02, 2012 7:32 PM Tuesday was yet another dry and breezy day across much of the region, making the risk of fire that much greater. That was the case Tuesday afternoon when a small grassfire broke out on the east side of I-29 at mile marker 58 just one mile south of the Davis-Hurley exit. The fire quickly got out of control causing a huge cloud of smoke to make driving difficult for those traveling northbound. Firefighters responded to the call shortly after noon, later extinguishing the fire.
