Fatal Crash South Of Spencer

One person is dead after two vehicles crashed just south of Spencer in southeast South Dakota Wednesday afternoon.
A Lexus was stopped at the intersection of 431st Avenue and Highway 38. A Chevy Corsica collided with the car, and both vehicles rolled into the ditch shortly before 2 p.m.
The driver and passenger of the Lexus were wearing seatbelts and suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Corsica was not wearing a seatbelt and was killed.
A name will not be released until family has been notified.
