Jacks, a Complete Game Win

Bookmark and Share

Coming off of a bye week, the Jacks of SDSU got back to business Saturday topping Western Illinois 31-10.

Sitting on top of the Missouri Valley Conference at 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the conference, coach says the Jacks played a complete game, which is exactly what they were looking for.

"Zenner came through. We did make some plays throwing the ball, but that's exciting. That's exciting that we can return the opening kick-off and return an interception early in the third period. So that's a complete game, complete effort. Just need to clean up somethings and we will," said John Stiegelmeier.

The Jackrabbits are in Cedar Falls, Iowa next Saturday to take on Northern Iowa.
