	Woman In High Speed Chase Idenitified by KDLT News October 18, 2012 8:52 PM The woman who hit a trooper and led police on a high speed chase early Wednesday morning has been identified. 25-year-old Rachel Lee Coleman of Sioux Falls has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault on law enforcement, vehicular battery, DWI, felony eluding, and felony hit and run. Officials say a trooper tried to pull Coleman over, and when she refused a short chase began. Coleman is charged with running over 34-year-old trooper Andrew Steen who underwent surgery Thursday morning to relieve pressure on his brain.
