The Kickoff Draws Near, USF and Augie Square Off

Bookmark and Share

Well the big day will finally be here tomorrow. The much anticipated football game between Cougars of USF the Augustana Vikings.

"It's going to be a big game, I mean it's going to be fun. It'll be intense," said USF linebacker Nick Bonte.

The two teams haven't played each other since 1986 so there is much anticipation leading into tomorrow and the players know that.

"We never really thought of them as a little brother, but i mean, we're us and we're not going say you know we're not going to back down and be like you guys won your national championships so that's fine, but we still haven't played each other, that's why you play the games so we'll let our playing do the talking," said Augustana wide receiver Ben Parsley.

Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. at Kirkeby-Over Stadium.
