Edgerton-Ellsworth Shuts Down HBC in MN State Playoffs

The Edgerton-Ellsworth Dutchmen high school football team continued their road to the playoffs on Saturday with a 42-0 win, blanking the Patriots of Hills-Beaver Creek.

The Patriots, who in the previous week outscored their opponent 82-14, were shut down on offense by the Dutchmen's outstanding defense.

The Dutchmen (9-1) will take on Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (9-0) in the section 3-9 man championship, winner moves on to the state playoffs. Kickoff is set for noon on Friday, November 2nd.
