A Keystone man has pleaded guilty in the illegal killing of two bull elk in Wind Cave National Park in southwestern South Dakota.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says 47-year-old Tim Burke helped another person kill the animals in late January.
Burke pleaded guilty in federal court to unlawful taking of wildlife. He faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine when he is sentenced Jan. 11.
