	Residents Evacuated In SF Apartment Fire by Phil McIlrath, KDLT News November 06, 2012 5:48 AM Sioux Falls Fire Rescue is currently still on scene of an apartment fire on the city's north side. The fire started around 4:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of North Covell Avenue. At this time, it appears the fire started on the second floor deck of one of the apartments. Residents had to be evacuated.
