Update: Sioux Falls Fire Victim Identified

One person is dead in an early morning apartment fire in Sioux Falls.
Police identified the victim as 26-year-old Heath Westphal. The cause of the blaze was not immediately determined.
Firefighters evacuated the building for about two hours after the fire was reported about 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Tenants are being allowed back to gather belongings but not to stay in the building.
