More drivers won't have to worry about finding change in their cup holders when parking downtown in Sioux Falls.
City officials announced Wednesday plans to install 185 more smart parking meters. The new meters will be capable of accepting tokens, coins, credit cards, and debit cards.
The meters will be placed on four blocks of South Phillips Avenue, two blocks on 10th Street and 11th Street, and one block on the east side of South Main Avenue.
Installation is expected to begin the week of Dec. 3.
