SD Murder Suspect Appears In Court

The man accused of killing one person and injuring another at a home near Marty appeared in federal court Wednesday morning.
Authorities say Dancing Bull Fischer, who is 23-years-old, shot and killed Tony Fischer Sr. early Tuesday morning in a trailer home.
Dominic Fischer was shot and injured. His condition was not known.
A witness told FBI agents that he heard four or five gunshots as he went toward the living room and saw Dancing Bull Fischer holding an assault rifle. The witness told agents that the men had been drinking together in the home.
Agents say Tony Fischer Sr. had been shot in the head and died at the scene.
