	Garretson Rape Suspect Makes First Court Appearance by KDLT News November 28, 2012 4:30 PM A Garretson man accused of raping a 12-year-old child made his first court appearance Wednesday. Twenty-nine-year-old Kristopher Aslesen is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond. He is charged with two counts of first degree rape, a Class C felony. Each count carries a maximum punishment of life in prison and a $50,000 fine. Prosecutors say the victim will turn 13 next month. Aslesen is due back in court in two weeks.
