Car Accident Claims Life Of Husband And Wife

A car accident claims the life of a husband and wife near Ipswich.

It happened on Highway 12 about 10 a.m Friday.

Henry and Donnis Huft from Bowdle were killed when their truck lost control and crossed into the other lane. They were struck by a van driven by Douglas Kenny of Aberdeen.

Kenny was wearing a seatbelt and suffered serious injuries. Henry and Donnia Huft were not wearing seatbelts and were both thrown from the vehicle.

A third vehicle, driven by a minor, tried to avoid the crash but struck the Huft’s truck. The driver and passenger in that vehicle were not injured.
