SF Man Back In Court For Killing Another Man

A 22-year-old Sioux Falls man accused of killing another man was back in court Thursday.

Authorities say Robert Bass III killed Crescencio Conde-Vargas, who was 50, with a baseball bat.

Bass pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include murder and manslaughter.

 Police say Bass was drinking with Conde-Vargas when an altercation between the two took place around 4 a.m. Saturday.

 The judge has set bond at $1 million.
