	No Water On Monday For Town Of Alcester by KDLT News January 13, 2013 8:17 PM Alcester will have to go without water for most of the day Monday. Alcester's Police Chief James Morey says due to a water main break, the town is under a water emergency. Water will be shut off to the town from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also, both the elementary and high school in the Alcester-Hudson School District will be closed Monday. Morey says the main broke on Friday and crews are having a tough time repairing it.
