Police Looking for Rape Suspect in Lincoln County

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding two men suspected of raping a 12-year old girl in Harrisburg.
A third man is already in custody.
One of the men authorities are looking for is Obadiya Loyira. Loyira is 19 years old and is about 6-feet tall and 180 pounds. Authorities say he goes by Jay or J.J. He is wanted on rape and child porn charges.

Another man wanted in connection with the crime is also on the loose, but has not been identified yet.
The man in custody is Elizeo Kalimba. Kalimba is twenty years old and also being charged with rape and manufacturing child porn.
