Lincoln Co. Officials Search For Rape Suspects

The Lincoln County Sheriff's office is searching for two men suspected of raping a 12-year-old girl in Harrisburg.
A third man is already in custody and officials are asking for the publics help to locate these two men still on the loose.
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office believes both men are in the Sioux Falls area and sad this is an isolated case and very uncommon.
"These are very rare in Lincoln County, we don't see this a lot," said Brown.
Lieutenant Chad Brown with the Lincoln County Sheriff's office said his agency received a call from the hospital, about a 12-year-old girl, who claimed she was raped by three men at a home in Harrisburg last week.
"The suspects and the victim all knew each other, so this wasn't a stranger deal or someone broke into a house or anything like that," said Brown.
One of the men authorities are looking for is Obadiya Loyira, who is 19-years-old, six feet tall and 180 pounds.
Officials said this man goes by the knick names, "Jay," or "J-J."
Court papers said the alleged rape happened at J's residence in Harrisburg, located in a well-kept neighborhood, where a handful of bikes were seem piled up against the home's garage.
Court papers also stated a search warrant was served to "J's" home, where detectives spoke with the suspect, who admitted to having sexual intercourse with the 12-year-old girl along with having explicit pictures of her on his phone.
The second man wanted in connection with the crime is also on the loose, but police have not been able to identify him yet.
The third man in custody is Elizeio Kalimba, who is 20, and is faced with rape and manufacturing child porn charges.
Lieutenant Brown said time is crucial in these cases, to make sure the victim is protected and suspects behind bars.
"The quicker we can interview people, the quicker we can collect evidence, the quicker we can pull the case together," said Brown.
The man in custody, Elizeo Kalimba is being held at the Minnehaha County jail on a
$25, 000.00 cash band.
Kalimba’s next court appearance is set for January 30th.
If kalimba is released on cash bond, conditions he has to follow include house arrest...and no contact with the victim, victim's family or anyone under the age of 18.
