Sioux Falls Businesses Pass Liquor Sting

The Sioux Falls Police Department conducted a compliance check of 25 off-sale alcohol establishments within the Sioux Falls city limits. Of the 25 establishments checked all were in compliance and no sales were made to the underage person, an excellent way to start off 2013.
Businesses making sales to underage persons may face fines, suspensions, or loss of their liquor or malt beverage licenses. In an effort to protect the young people of our community, the Sioux Falls Police Department will continue to do random alcohol compliance checks of all off-sale establishments within the city limits.
