	Scotland Man Convicted Of Second-Degree Murder by KDLT News January 30, 2013 10:13 PM A Scotland man has been found guilty of killing his four-month-old son. A jury convicted 39-year-old Chris Miller of second-degree murder, and aggravated assault. He could receive life in prison and a $30,000 fine. The charges come from a 911 call in March of 2011 where four-month-old Jacob Miller was reported as not breathing. Hospital staff notified law enforcement that Jacob was diagnosed with a severe skull fracture and bleeding on the brain.
