For Lynne Hanten, gymnastics is all about,
"Routine, Routine, Routine. Perfecting toe points, straight legs, just getting all those little details." Hanten says.
The Watertown Senior has spent most of her life performing them.
"I like her determination. I love her heart. She eats, sleeps and breathes gymnastics." Watertown Head Coach Vicky Fisher says.
"We jsut try to help everbody out, like everybody on the team. We all just kind of work together and be like, 'girls you need to point your toes on this, straight legs there." Hanten says.
Maybe it comes so natural to Lynne because she started early.
"My parents always said I was just running aroun, doing flips everywhere, so they just put me in gymnastics." Hanten says.
"Her personality is something else and I tell you what, she is just one of the easiest gymnasts to coach." Fisher says.
Yet the routine of gymnastic's in Hanten's life will change after the state championships.
"I'm planning on just done after this year and then go to college for elementary education." Hanten says.
And Lynne wants to end her career in a place she's routinely been.
"We're hoping for state championship. We just have to work on those little details because that's what it's going to come down to is those little tiny tenths." Hanten says.
The top of the standings.
