Miller Sentenced To Life In Prison

A Scotland man, who was convicted of killing his 4-month-old son, has been sentenced to life in prison.
39-year-old Chris Miller will spend the rest of his life behind bars. Miller was also sentenced to fifty years for aggravated assault and another 10 years for a probation violation.
On March 3, 2011, 911 operators received a call from the Miller residence saying that Jacob Miller was not breathing. When Jacob was at the hospital, staff notified police that he had a severe skull fracture and bleeding on the brain. Chris Miller accused his wife of rolling over on Jacob while drunk.
Miller was convicted of second degree murder in January.
