The Summit League Tournament has become a staple of Sioux Falls athletics over the past couple of years.
And now the players fighting for a spot in the big dance will have a new surface to play on.
Tuesday city officials revealed the design for a new $100,000 court.
Due to NCAA rules the arena needed a court that didn’t have a painted on decal. City officials say this court is state of the art.
The court will be put together just days before the Summit League Tournament.
In 2015 the court will be moved to the new Denny Sanford Premier Center.
