	15 Pass, 1 Fail Alcohol Sting In Sioux Falls by KDLT News March 01, 2013 9:47 AM The Sioux Falls Police Department conducted a compliance check on 16 businesses Thursday. While 15 passed the sting, one did not. The Gas Stop at 4600 W. 41st failed when they sold alcohol to a minor. The clerk who sold the alcohol was issued a citation for furnishing alcohol to a person 18-20 years old and has to make a court appearance. If a business fails a compliance check, they face fines, suspensions, or loss of their liquor license. The Sioux Falls Police Department says they plan on doing more compliance checks within the city limits.
