Roosevelt & Brandon Valley Punch State Tickets

BRANDON & SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --  The boys basketball teams at Brandon Valley and Sioux Falls Roosevelt are headed to the Class AA State Tournament.

In a battle of the two top ranked teams in AA, #1 Roosevelt blew away #2 Brookings 62-37 in the District 1AA Championship in Sioux Falls.  Tyler Howard led the Roughriders with 17 points.

In the District 2AA title game Brandon Valley's surge at the end of the first half helped them roll past Lincoln 71-43.
