Ashley Eide scored 16 points to lead five Jackrabbits in double figures Monday and top-seeded South Dakota State beat IPFW 86-59 in the semifinals of the Summit League women's basketball tournament.
South Dakota State (24-7, 15-2 Summit) advances to the Summit League finals for the fifth straight year.
The Jackrabbits' Megan Stuart scored 11 points, and Katie Lingle, Gabrielle Boever, Tara Heiser each added 10 points. South Dakota State took an early lead and never trailed.
Erin Murphy led fourth-seed IPFW with 18 points, and Amanda Hyde added 15 points. The Mastodons (13-7, 8-9) were knocked out of the tournament by South Dakota State for the fourth consecutive year.
