Jacks Draw Michigan In Big Dance

The South Dakota State men's basketball team will face one of the NCAA's greatest and most prestigious programs in the NCAA Tournament.

Summit League champion SDSU will be the #13 seed in the South Region and will face the #4 seed Michigan Wolverines.  The game will be on Thursday in Auburn Hills, Michigan.  Tip time will be announced later.  The winner of that game would face either the winner of the VCU/Akron game on Saturday in the round of 32.

The matchup features two of the nation's top guards in SDSU's Nate Wolters and Michigan's Trey Burke, the Big Ten Player of the Year.  Unfortunately for SDSU, it figures to be a virtual home game for Michigan.  Auburn Hills is only about an hour away from the Michigan campus in Ann Arbor.  The Wolverines finished the season 26-7.
