Former Stampede goalie Eric Hartzell (son of former coach Kevin Hartzell) is one of three finalists for the prestigious Hoby Baker Award as college hockey's top player. Hartzell was net-minder for parts of 3 seasons in Sioux Falls when his dad was coach. He went on to Quinnipiac and has had a stellar career, leading his team to the top ranking in the NCAA and a spot in the Frozen Four starting next Thursday!
